I’m a systems engineering professional with 9+ years of experience in metro/rail signalling across CBTC programs, spanning Alstom U500/U400 and Thales SelTrac. I focus on requirements engineering, system design & architecture documentation, interface engineering, and change control in safety-critical environments aligned with EN50126/28/29 and IEC 61508.

In my current role as System Design Lead at ALSTOM, I lead system design deliverables across the program lifecycle—including System Architecture/Design descriptions, Operational Context, Interface Design, Technical Requirements, Train Movement Specification, and headway simulation inputs. I drive requirement clarification with customers and stakeholders, own traceability and documentation consistency for audits/gate reviews, and coordinate cross-subsystem interfaces to reduce integration ambiguity.

Previously, I worked as a System Design Engineer supporting CBTC documentation baselines and translating customer/contract needs into implementable system requirements, while supporting quality and safety audits and bid/tender technical inputs. Earlier, as a Signalling Maintainer and Signal Engineer on Hyderabad Metro (Thales SelTrac CBTC), I built a strong end-to-end grounding through preventive/corrective maintenance, asset management with MAXIMO, and installation/commissioning check-out activities.
