At Maersk Global Service, I successfully led the end-to-end delivery of three large-scale SAP S4 Hana projects across 100+ countries using Agile methodology. My role involved conducting workshops for requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and fit-gap analysis, ensuring that business workflows aligned with system capabilities. I have also implemented self-service functionalities that significantly reduced manual dependencies, earning recognition for exceptional project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Prior to my tenure at Maersk, I worked at Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, where I managed collections and credit processes, implementing automation solutions that improved overdue recovery rates. My educational background includes an MBA in System Management and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Madras, equipping me with the necessary skills to excel in product management and process optimization.
