At Go For Customer (GXC), I built a CRM for contact centers integrated with Genesys Cloud, used by banks, card issuers, and insurers. I developed its ASP.NET Core and C# REST APIs and its React and Blazor frontend.

I operate the platform on Azure, using independent customer backends, shared integration logic, and services including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, and AKS. I also work on integrations, resilient delivery, infrastructure as code, and continuous deployment.

Before GXC, I developed Java and AngularJS features for the COBIS banking core at Cobiscorp, including a loan application flow for a credit union. I also work on a financial-sector process management system, and have developed personal products including a Flutter AI coaching app and a .NET 8 WhatsApp chatbot.
