At Turkish Technology, I work on data science projects in the operations and corporate domain. I developed a time series forecasting model and an optimization solution using score-based methods and linear programming, and implemented an LLM-based assistant that recommends fault actions in Turkish and English.
I’ve also developed speech-to-text solutions and text classification models, automating transcription and manual labeling. Earlier, at GTech, I worked on demand forecasting and shift planning for retail, food, and banking, and at Zack.ai I developed chatbot backends and analytics dashboards.
