At Fundación Casa ODI, I formulate social projects using logical framework methodology and results-based management, aligning them with institutional objectives. I incorporate gender, human rights, and environmental sustainability approaches, and prepare project budgets and schedules.
At UARIV, I supported social assistance and reparation projects and coordinated institutional work that helped 117 projects gain approval and proceed to execution, with funding exceeding COP 9.107 billion. Earlier, at the UNDP–DNP program, I provided technical assistance to territorial entities and supported the review and formulation of investment projects funded through royalties.
