As an independent Financial Control and Planning Advisor, I design financial reporting systems and dynamic models for SMEs, supporting profitability planning, cash flow management, and financing decisions.
In this work, I develop KPI and KRI dashboards, forecasts, and scenario analyses, and help align budgets and strategic plans with long-term goals. I also mentor professionals in Financial Control and Organizational Development and teach budget management through e-learning platforms.
At Telefónica Venezuela, I reported financial results and foreign-currency exposure, managed budgets, and served as functional lead on a project to automate working-capital reports. Earlier, I worked across credit and operational risk, including implementing risk management models and applying Six Sigma to critical processes.
