I'm currently supporting Aflac through Instant Teams, where I conduct monthly quality evaluations, coach Customer Care Advisors, analyze complex audits, and report performance trends. I also monitor live activity, support call queues during peak volumes, and help new hires transition from training to production.
Previously, I led a remote team of 16 Assurance Qualifying Guides at Instant Teams, driving team alignments, one-on-one reviews, training modules, quality control, escalation resolution, payroll metrics, and schedule optimization.
At Lee Airwaves/Sunbelt Broadcasting, I directed operations, public relations, community outreach, programming, and advertising initiatives for a six-station broadcast group serving seven Southern Mississippi counties. I also anchored a top-rated morning drive show, developed streaming and social media platforms, and managed broadcast automation systems.
My background also includes operating a music education studio, managing client accounts and student showcases, and providing organizational leadership, mentoring, counseling, and educational programming across multiple ministries.
