At Ampath Laboratories, I provided on-the-bench training for over 200 employees and designed outcome-based assessments with ongoing training for more than 70 staff. I also developed a training framework to reduce nonconformities and optimise workflows.
I achieved a 100% SMLTSA board exam pass rate for over 30 technicians and technologists. My training work included supporting compliance with SOPs, GLP, and ISO 15189 requirements.
Before becoming a Technical Trainer, I worked in Cellular Immunology and Serology at Ampath Laboratories, analysing samples and operating laboratory equipment to support reliable diagnostic results. Earlier, I worked in emergency care at Emer-G-Med, and I maintained my emergency response and clinical assessment skills during a family-care break through NSRI volunteering.
