What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote creative or video production work where I can lead distributed teams, build efficient workflows, and deliver high-quality educational, commercial, or social impact content from concept through final delivery.

At VTR Team, I build and lead distributed video production teams, coordinating 19 specialists across 2D/3D, motion design, editing, scriptwriting, sound design, and post-production. I manage projects from concept and creative briefs through filming, client approvals, post-production, and final delivery.

I've produced around 100 episodes, launched federal-level educational projects from scratch, and delivered advertising and educational content under tight deadlines while managing budgets, schedules, quality control, and parallel production workflows.
