Carrington Frayser
@carringtonfrayser1
Security professional shifting into Tier 1 SOC work through 3+ years of alert monitoring, incident handling, and access control.
What I'm looking for
I’m a security professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-compliance, threat-aware environments, including federal screening and pharmaceutical logistics. I focus on real-time alert monitoring, incident documentation, and SOP-driven response that maps directly to Tier 1 SOC operations.
In my current role, I monitor intrusion detection and video surveillance systems in real time, triage security alerts, and escalate critical events with audit-ready reporting. I also manage access for 100+ associates and vendors, enforcing least-privilege principles while maintaining detailed access logs aligned to IAM/PAM concepts.
Previously as a TSA Transportation Security Officer, I operated CT X-ray detection equipment and applied strict SOPs with 100% compliance in high-volume screening. I’m actively building on this foundation with TryHackMe Cybersecurity 101 and CompTIA Security+, with strong motivation to translate security discipline into digital threat detection and mitigation.
