At Foreign Born Military Spouse Network, I implemented SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to authenticate the organization’s domain and stop spoofed messages. I also diagnosed email delivery failures and realigned DNS settings to restore reliable inbound delivery.
I strengthened security operations by auditing Zoom configurations, investigating incidents, and documenting findings in procedures and user awareness training. I standardized IAM processes with MFA, account offboarding, and delegated shared mailbox access.
In my Vulnerability Disclosure Program assessment with Women in Cybersecurity, I identified and responsibly disclosed an unauthenticated access control weakness in a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal. I hold CompTIA Security+, Network+, and A+ certifications.
