Carol Tchiakpe

I’m an experienced production assistant working across live events and the film & television industry, backed by strong administrative work skills. I’m known for keeping workstreams organized, communication clear, and teams supported in high-pressure environments.

Most recently, I’ve worked in hospitality as Front of House Staff at Passyunk Avenue (Fitzrovia Branch) in London. I cultivated positive relationships with customers and fellow staff while building a “jack of all trades” skill set in busing tables, bartending, taking orders, serving, and managing reservations.

From 2022 to 2025, I supported productions including the Governors Ball Music Festival and the Amazon Music web series “The Walk In” with Mo Heart. I independently oversaw a team of 30 film personnel across all departments as the First Assistant Director of a short film, managing set timetables and administrative duties while coordinating artist needs and venue arrangements.

I monitor and control the flow of information between departments to maintain an efficient workflow, and I work effectively with diverse teams to ensure smooth production. I bring the same disciplined, detail-focused approach to new responsibilities, including administrative organization and liaison work through volunteering at Hammersmith Library.
