Carol Mahlangu

I’m a Junior Architectural Technologist with an Advanced Diploma in Architecture and practical internship experience in technical documentation, BIM modelling, and building regulation compliance. I bring strong analytical and communication skills, and I’m bilingual (English/isiZulu).

At Mashabane Rose Architects, I produced technical drawings and documentation for residential and commercial projects using Revit and AutoCAD. I also assisted in compliance checking against SANS 10400 regulations and local by-laws.

I developed detailed window and door schedules to improve documentation accuracy, and I coordinated with engineers, contractors, and clients across multiple projects. I documented meeting minutes and action items to keep work aligned and moving forward.

Earlier, as an Online Language Consultant Tutor, I developed and delivered customized English lesson plans and adapted materials to meet learning objectives. Overall, I’m self-driven, detail-focused, and ready to contribute in a dynamic environment with high-stakes documentation and compliance.
