What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a supply chain or operations leadership role where I can improve procurement, logistics, inventory, cost control, and customer satisfaction through data-driven continuous improvement.

I've led end-to-end supply chain optimization at Mtaalam Engineering Company Ltd and Timac Agro, improving logistics, demand forecasting, inventory alignment, supplier contract management, and operational controls.

At CFAO Agri Ltd, I managed imports and exports, customs clearance, raw material costing, budgets, and port-to-warehouse logistics. I reduced demurrage from 3–5% of CFR cost to below 1%, secured open-term agreements with 95% of suppliers, and negotiated pre-shipment price protection to safeguard margins.

My approach is grounded in Kaizen and continuous improvement. I combine procurement, finance, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to build efficient, cost-effective operations.
