What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote dispatch, logistics, or operations coordination role where I can manage time-sensitive assignments, communicate with customers and field teams, and drive reliable follow-through.

I've coordinated time-sensitive transportation dispatch across Torres Express Transportation, Cold Chain Express, and Apex Carrier Services, managing assignments, schedules, customer updates, and operational follow-through remotely.

At Torres Express Transportation, I assigned and monitored 10–15 active loads daily, balancing driver availability, locations, delivery requirements, ETAs, and changing priorities. I used GPS/GIS, ServiceTitan, DAT, TMS, and vehicle dispatch systems to identify delays and keep stakeholders informed.

I resolve coverage gaps, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, and unconfirmed assignments before they disrupt service. My work combines accurate dispatch documentation, operational reporting, data entry, and high-volume phone and email communication.

I'm focused on making sure every assignment is dispatched, actively monitored, and followed through to completion while maintaining operational and safety standards, including DOT and HOS requirements.
