Throughout my career at Pathology Billing Services, I handled eligibility verification, charge entry, claim corrections, appeals and reconsiderations, and trained new staff. I consistently managed denials for a wide payer mix including UnitedHealthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and prepared appeals attaching medical records when necessary.

I am HIPAA-certified, proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Laserfiche, and familiar with hospital systems such as Banner, Dignity, Abrazo, and Abrazo (Tenet).
