I've contributed to more than 10 collective housing buildings at Estudio Lipatin, developing construction documentation across every project stage and preparing quantity takeoffs and budgets for a construction company.

I've also stepped in to coordinate site work, supervising daily activity, subcontractors, measurements, and on-site coordination during a one-month absence of the site manager.

I'm completing a Master's in Architectural Rehabilitation at Universidade da Coruña and bring advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills, along with C2-certified English. My interests include architectural design, site direction, rehabilitation, and digital photography.
