Carlota Berlanga Fernandez

At Reach PLC, I own end-to-end product design, helping shape strategy through data, research, workshops, and design metrics connected to business needs. I’ve led homepage redesigns and navigation restructuring across 165 brands, and designed AI-assisted writing and publishing software for journalists and editors.

I build, scale, and maintain design systems while leading cross-functional collaboration and mentoring junior and mid-level designers. I’ve also contributed to Reach’s premium model and led research and adoption of AI tools for a 10-person design team.

Alongside Reach, I led product design at Copiosa, creating a crypto wallet for iOS and Android and shaping product decisions with the CTO through market, user, A/B, and usability research. I also lecture UI/UX Design students at Ravensbourne University of London.
