Sole architect and developer for 12+ internal and public-facing web applications built around Quickbase, including a React wrapper; the wider platform serves ~1,000 daily active users. Owns every technical decision from requirements to production, working directly with the government team on scope.

Delivered front-end and back-end features on a 15-person engineering team using React, .NET, SQL Server and MongoDB. Migrated the reporting layer from SQL Server to MongoDB and led code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Modernized a legacy desktop application and its Azure footprint; added PayPal payments and Adobe Sign e-signatures and built the reporting suite.
