I'm a Senior BRM engineer with extensive experience designing, implementing and supporting billing, collections and payments solutions across telco and cable operators.

I have led migrations, created MTAs and opcodes, integrated BRM with SOA, Salesforce and PACs, and delivered features such as advanced billing, hierarchical accounts and hospitality collections.

My background includes upgrades and platform migrations (HP-UX/Solaris to Exadata/Linux), Oracle database work, and close collaboration with Oracle Support to resolve RFCs and SRs.
