At Worley Canada Ltd., I completed basic and detailed engineering of the fibre-optic network for the South32 Hermosa project and basic engineering of the cybersecurity system for the Western LNG Ksi Lisims Project. I also completed basic engineering of the telecommunications system for the Equinox Gold Aurizona Mine.
At Hatch Ltd., I worked on telecommunications engineering for projects including the North End Water Pollution Control Centre, Metrolinx stations, and BHP Jansen Potash. Earlier, at Bell Canada, I designed more than 50 outside plant network facilities, and at Rogers Wireless Inc. I coordinated implementation of the HSPA-UMTS (3G) network.
My telecommunications work spans industrial and mining networks, fibre-optic and microwave systems, and cybersecurity frameworks including ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF. At Telecom Colombia, I led a 10-person team responsible for regional network operations and maintenance, and optimized infrastructure to improve network availability by 15%.
