I’m a research and design-oriented student with a strong eye for problem-solving and critical analysis. In my Internet Search Rater roles at Welocalize and Google for Telus International, I evaluate the effectiveness of internet search results to optimize user experience, with a focus on AI-generated response accuracy and helpfulness.

I also bring customer-facing experience from my time as a Customer Service Representative at Follett Corporation, where I helped students find required books and stocked shelves. Alongside my evaluation work, I develop creative and user-focused outputs using skills like graphic design, visual design, UI, SEO, and web design—supporting continuous improvement through careful attention to detail and structured analysis.
