I’m a CPA/CFF who helps individuals, businesses, and fiduciary and nonprofit entities turn complex tax, accounting, and financial issues into decisions they can defend. I combine forensic accounting rigor with business valuation and due-diligence thinking to support engagements where accuracy and credibility matter.

Since 2017, I’ve operated as a sole proprietor management consultant and focused heavily on litigation support and expert work. I review income tax positions, research and document support, and train teams on emerging tax and accounting issues—while also preparing damages calculations, lost profits, and loss of business value reporting for legal matters.

In forensic and ESG consulting, I’ve supported work across more than 20 publicly traded companies by performing sector economic analyses, identifying misrepresentation risks, and documenting how accounting standards apply in practice. I’ve used advanced techniques such as Benford Law analyses, causal-and-effect ratios, econometric models, and longevity tables to build clear scenarios for past and future loss income.

Earlier roles strengthened my fundamentals across tax, trust & estates, general ledger, audit, and operations. I’ve worked with ASC 740 compliance, reconciliations, payroll tax coordination (including PayCom/ADP/Paychex), and enterprise-grade review processes—then brought that discipline into expert-ready deliverables, with compliance to relevant professional ethics.
