I've built and supported enterprise applications for the National Bank of Rwanda, Rwanda Revenue Authority, and Guaranty Trust Bank Rwanda PLC. My work spans secure public-facing platforms, taxpayer services, banking integrations, and mission-critical production systems.
At the National Bank of Rwanda, I develop and maintain two enterprise systems, including an internal application for approximately 50 users and a public-facing data platform. I deliver about five features and enhancements each month while diagnosing production issues and contributing across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
At Rwanda Revenue Authority, I developed and maintained MyRRA, delivering Java and Oracle features for taxpayer-facing services and resolving application defects. At GTBank Rwanda, I integrated money-transfer and Mobicash Agency systems with banking services, including USSD-enabled account opening, deposits, and withdrawals.
I'm comfortable working across Java, Spring Boot, .NET, NestJS, React, Oracle, SQL, REST APIs, and production support in regulated environments.
