What I'm looking for
I am a professionally trained pastry cook with an International Diploma in Pastry and Baking and hands-on experience in both bakery and restaurant pastry kitchens. Since graduating in 2022, I have worked across sustainable farm-to-table and high-volume bakery environments, producing desserts, cakes, ice creams, breads, viennoiserie and plated patisserie while learning chocolate and fine pastry techniques under seasoned chefs.
I bring passion, fast learning, strong communication and time-management skills, and a teamwork mindset to every kitchen. I am eager to continue honing my craft in roles that value sustainable practices, technical growth and creative pastry development.
