Camilo Caro
@camilocaro
Industrial designer and design leader crafting fashion and 3D concepts with creativity, CAD, and editorial polish.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Industrial Designer with a strong foundation in Iraca application and a focus on modern fashion through my degree work at Universidad de Investigación y Desarrollo. My approach blends creativity with practical making, from design exploration to refined execution.
As a Design Leader and Designer at Ustele Que Chimba, I guided and created design work between 2023 and 2025, strengthening my ability to lead, collaborate, and deliver with proactivity and punctuality. I also worked as a Designer at Imprima Procesos Gráficos in 2022 and at Osma Impresores from 2021 to 2022.
My training includes Basic Carpentry (SENA, Floridablanca) and exploring and discovery of artisanal techniques (2018-2019). This experience shapes how I think about materials, detail, and the translation of handcrafted methods into contemporary design.
Technically, I build concepts using tools like Autocad, Rhino, Solid Works, and Blender, and I support projects with Diagramming, Animation, Photography, and Photoshop. I bring a creative, team-oriented mindset to deliver editorial design and clear visual communication.
