Calvin Pearson

I am a licensed attorney and legal scholar with a Ph.D. in Law from Texas State University, where I specialized in Constitutional Law, International Human Rights, and Legal Theory. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to legal excellence, scholarly research, and impactful education. My doctoral thesis, “Constitutional Interpretation and Democratic Legitimacy in the 21st Century,” was recognized with the Best Doctoral Thesis Award at Texas State University.

In addition to earning my LL.M. and LL.B. degrees with distinction, I have significant experience in legal research, academic writing, law teaching, and legal consulting. I have authored peer-reviewed publications and presented my research at national conferences. I am licensed to practice law in Illinois and have worked in both law firm and academic environments.
