At STAN, I joined as the first dedicated Finance professional and built the finance function across planning, reporting, treasury and governance. I built a 5.5-year integrated financial model for business expansion and a ~$30M fundraise, and coordinated Finance, Legal and HR workstreams for two $10M Series A/B closes.
Earlier, at Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses, I developed forecasts and business reporting and saved ₹50+ lakhs through forex rate locks and bank negotiations. My experience also includes GST compliance and litigation, including handling ₹6+ Crore in ITC refunds for manufacturing clients.
