At DLA Piper, I advised multinational clients on competition and consumer law matters, including merger clearance strategy and engagement with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
I advised ASX-listed Ansarada Group Limited in obtaining ACCC clearance for its proposed acquisition by Datasite, LLC. I also advised clients in negotiations with the ACCC over alleged breaches of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, including negotiating s 87B undertakings.
I advised the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on investigation strategy and enforcement matters. This included coordinating barristers, instructing teams and clients across an omnibus proceeding.
I also designed and delivered competition and consumer law compliance training for corporate clients. After leaving DLA Piper Melbourne, I relocated to Europe and am immediately available, with an unrestricted right to work in the EU.
