What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my experience leading human-centered digital projects to the European market, collaborating across creative, technical, and leadership teams from discovery through delivery.

I'm leading a major website redesign at the American Chemical Society, aligning UX, content, development, vendors, and leadership around vision, scope, milestones, and delivery.

Previously at Enovational, I partnered with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and designers to improve the product development lifecycle, facilitate design sprints, and support smoother, higher-quality feature delivery.

I also led initiatives for a 60+ person distributed Client Solutions team and helped deliver four high-impact COVID-19 projects from requirements gathering through launch under tight timelines.

My background combines graphic design, research for design and innovation, Design Thinking training, and project management. I've facilitated more than 15 nine-day Design Thinking sessions and enjoy turning client and user needs into clear requirements, user stories, and practical solutions.
