Previously, at Falkland Islands Company Ltd, I developed reporting tools and KPIs for commercial housing and construction operations. On the EACOP project with Newplan & ICS Engineering Total JV, I designed and implemented a timesheet management system supporting over 700 employees and improved billing efficiency by analysing unbilled project costs.
