Bunyaga John paul

I’m a dedicated Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) student from Makerere University, with practical experience supporting accounting operations in a real business environment. I’ve built strong foundations in financial record management, reconciliation, and internal controls.

During my Accounting Internship at Hezna Limited (Total Bunga Service Station, Kampala), I maintained key accounting books including the Cash Book, Meter Book, Balancing Book, Sales Summary Book, Offloading Book, and Plus Card Book. I recorded daily transactions, reconciled sales records, and verified fuel sales against pump meter readings and cash collections.

I also supported inventory management and stock reconciliation, and processed payments through cash, Mobile Money, Visa POS, UBA POS, and Total Plus Card systems. This strengthened my attention to detail and my ability to work reliably under operational pressure.

I’m especially interested in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Corporate Governance, Financial Management, Internal Audit, and Banking and Financial Services. I bring integrity and strong communication to teamwork, and I’m looking to grow into roles where accuracy, governance, and financial insight matter.
