What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deepen my experience in broader client advisory and relationship-driven roles.

At Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), I manage end-to-end leasing transactions for Grade A and B office assets, from market research and valuations to negotiations and execution. I was a team member on a 2.5 lakh sq ft transaction.

I also deliver portfolio strategy and management, aligning real estate decisions with clients’ business objectives and long-term space requirements. My business development work has focused on the NCR market, with experience extending to North America.

At VINCO Construction, I led the digitization and audit of machinery and fleet assets, identifying opportunities that delivered INR 7–8 lakh in annual savings. I also initiated and led a scholarship program for students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.

My background in architecture includes supporting government infrastructure projects with working drawings, documentation, and site inspections, as well as completing renovations for three residences in Mizoram. I’m looking to deepen my experience in broader client advisory and relationship-driven roles.
