What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead safety and security operations and overall operations coordination—building compliant policies, training teams, and improving efficiency through disciplined reporting, vendor management, and practical fleet/procurement oversight.

I’m an Operations Expert / Safety and Security Consultant with deep experience across industrial security and safety, fleet/transport operations, procurement, and logistics support. I’m known as a strong team player and trainer who can work effectively without supervision.

In my current role as General Manager (Breastplate Integrated Solutions LTD), I lead the development of company policies and procedures, recruit and retrain staff on new policies, and introduce innovative best-practice approaches to improve effectiveness and efficiency. I also draft and develop company culture and etiquette, and submit detailed monthly reports to the MD/CEO.

Earlier, I led Head Fleet Operations at Emerald Leasing LTD, managing drivers through training and periodic retraining, overseeing vehicle maintenance and spare parts procurement, and building operations systems for forecasting, budgeting, and corrective actions. At Chibanny Oil and Gas Nigeria LTD and Airtel Networks Nigeria, I handled bid opening, bids analysis and technical evaluation, vendor negotiation, procure-to-pay adherence, and purchase order processes.

I’ve also coordinated expatriates’ arrivals and logistics (LADOL Offshore Free Trade Zone) and delivered recruitment, safety and security training, disciplinary codes, and expatriates travel plans (G4S Nigeria). I’m passionate about safety and security awareness, compliance, and practical operational coordination that delivers reliable results.
