At Charlie Health, I conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients entering an intensive outpatient program, evaluating mental health, substance use, risk factors, and treatment needs to guide appropriate care.

Previously at Chrysalis Health, I provided individual and family therapy using CBT, TF-CBT, and CPT for trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. I've supported children, adolescents, families, and families experiencing homelessness through individualized treatment plans and trauma-informed care.

My background also includes clinical intake, counseling, case management, client services supervision, caregiving, and hospice support. I bring strong clinical judgment, accurate documentation, rapport-building, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
