At HCA Florida Healthcare Largo West Hospital, I lead clinical quality, survey readiness, and operations across three inpatient behavioral health units and an outpatient IOP/PHP program.
I use Excel-based KPI analysis, chart audits, and corrective workflows to close documentation gaps, protect revenue from payor denials, and align care with TJC, CMS, AHCA, and HBIPS requirements. I also launched a compliant virtual care model for IOP/PHP during COVID-19.
I manage 25 therapists and case managers, developed compliance training for incoming staff, and helped lead award-winning patient experience outcomes. As faculty for HCA Healthcare/USF Morsani College of Medicine GME, I teach psychiatric residents about documentation, regulatory compliance, legal safeguards, and evidence-based psychotherapy.
