What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical leadership role where I can deliver patient-centered rehabilitation, mentor staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and continue professional development in evidence-based stroke and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

I am a Registered Physical Therapist licensed in the Philippines and Texas with over a decade of hands-on clinical experience in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation across tertiary and private hospital settings. I evaluate and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, cardiovascular and pulmonary patients, using modalities such as TENS, electrical stimulation, traction, therapeutic exercise and gym equipment, and I was appointed Chief Physical Therapist in 2017.

I coordinate care with physiatrists and interdisciplinary teams, handle scheduling and department administrative tasks, and pursue continuing education in areas such as stroke rehabilitation, radiologic imaging for PT/OT practice, low back pain manual techniques and basic life support. I bring a patient-centered, evidence-informed approach focused on functional recovery and safe, effective therapy delivery.
