I’m a certified expanded duty dental assistant and a certified medical billing and coding specialist, driven by meticulous documentation and reliable support for patients and providers. I bring a healthcare mindset grounded in communication, professionalism, and accuracy.

In my earlier role as an Expanded duty dental assistant (May 2004–Jul 2007), I answered phones and scheduled appointments, assisted the dentist with procedures, took X-rays, and documented in patient charts. I also filed charts and supported day-to-day clinic operations.

More recently, as a caregiver (Oct 2023–May 2026), I assisted elderly clients in daily living, handled housekeeping and running errands, and documented care in the patients manual daily. I’m comfortable balancing practical support with careful recordkeeping.

My training includes certification in billing and coding, and my skills center on revenue cycle and regulatory compliance, insurance eligibility, accurate code assignment, and clinical documentation. I’m ready to contribute to a team that values consistency, compliance, and clear communication.
