What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a logistics or supply chain role where I can coordinate international freight, improve clearance and delivery processes, control demurrage costs, and strengthen shipment visibility and operational efficiency.

I'm currently coordinating international shipments at Alghanim Industries in Kuwait, securing shipping documents before vessel arrival and preparing clearance paperwork to speed warehouse delivery.

I work closely with business units, overseas suppliers, warehouses, and transport companies to keep deliveries on schedule, maintain real-time shipment milestones in SCM ERP, and reduce demurrage exposure. I also verify ocean freight and forwarder charges and maintain complete physical and electronic shipment records.

Previously at Kenafric Industries, I managed import and export processes, freight-forwarder sourcing and rate negotiations, customs compliance, stock planning, shipping-charge verification, and operational reporting. My experience also includes cargo tracking, port and container freight station follow-up, conformity documentation, truck bookings, and cargo release through roles at East African Cargo Logistics and Intraspeed Arcpro Kenya Limited.

I've built my logistics foundation through a Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics and Transport Management, supported by hands-on SAP, CargoWise One, freight documentation, inventory, and supply-chain operations experience.
