I built a Web GIS-Based Parking Management System to visualize, manage, and navigate real-time parking availability in Upper Hill, Nairobi. The platform combines Python and GeoDjango with interactive mapping, routing, and a PostgreSQL/PostGIS spatial database.
For my soil erosion and deposition modeling project, I processed Earth observation data and applied the USPED model to map soil movement in Northern Tanzania. I used UAV-derived terrain data and RTK GPS validation to quantify more than 5,900 m³ of eroded sediment.
During my GIS internship at Ministry of Mining, Blue Economy & Maritime affairs, I trained in mapping, remote sensing, geospatial data analysis, and cadastral work. I also worked remotely on a BEAD project in Nevada, designing and implementing a fiber optic network that increased network capacity by 15%.
