Brianna Uribe

I’m a Virtual Clinical Leader supporting virtual services in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Since starting in November 2023, I achieved “Role Model level” within my first year by using recorded sessions for training and consistently supervising and creating programming for clients ages 5–28.

In my work, I deliver caregiver training in ABA methods, assist the POD leader with attendance and admin work on Monday.com, and design burnout mitigation masterclasess to support clinicians. I focus on practical leadership that strengthens follow-through for both teams and families.

Previously, I worked as a Registered Behavioral Therapist for ABA & Verbal Behavior Group (May 2019–Dec 2022) and B.E.S.T Services, Inc. (July 2016–April 2018), supporting children ages 1–13 in home, daycare, school, and public environments. I hold a Master’s of Education in Instructional Design and Educational Technology (Western Governors University) and a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate (SEETEFL, Chiang Mai, Thailand), which helps me approach training and learning with clear, structured communication.
