At Sinclair Broadcast Group/KRCR, I oversee more than 30 channels, supporting live FOX and ABC sports alongside morning and evening local news production.
I monitor live broadcasts for technical quality, accuracy, and timing, troubleshoot broadcast equipment, and developed procedures using Crispen software to reduce workload and improve accuracy. I also lead training programs for new hires.
Previously at Manini Consultants, I repaired PCB-level hardware, performed hot-air rework and soldering, built custom computer systems, and resolved hardware and software issues for businesses and individuals. My background also includes equipment maintenance, scheduling, and travel coordination as a PADI Scuba Instructor.
