At SpectronRx, I built and formalized the end-to-end inventory management system for a growing biotech manufacturing site, strengthening material traceability and audit readiness.

I led the site-level NetSuite inventory go-live, creating real-time visibility across Receiving, QA, QC, Operations, and Production. I also managed inbound receiving, labeling, and system entry during rapid scaling to maintain uninterrupted material flow.

I design SOP-aligned cycle counts, reconciliation workflows, controlled-material processes, and documentation that improve inventory accuracy and system reliability. As the on-site NetSuite subject matter expert, I troubleshoot transaction issues and prioritize dose-critical materials to prevent production delays.

Previously at iRiS Recruiting Solutions, I led four project coordinators, built scalable tracking systems, and supported the launch of a new business unit through foundational processes and documentation.
