I am seeking a leadership role where I can apply inventory management, process improvement, and system integration skills in a collaborative, data-driven environment to improve accuracy and financial controls.

I am a results-driven inventory leader with 17+ years of progressive experience in inventory optimization, compliance, and systems integration. I have led teams and processes across distribution centers to maintain high inventory accuracy and operational integrity.

I led the Manhattan WMS integration with Storis ERP, designed and revised SOPs, and partnered with Business Analysts to leverage operational data. I developed and delivered training workshops to support system adoption and change management.

My roles have included managing cycle counts, hub and store physical inventories, RTV processes, and Direct Ship invoicing while maintaining inventory accuracy above 98%. I established continuous improvement programs and scorecards to drive accountability and reduce discrepancies.

I collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, IT, warehouse management, and product teams to create accountable, auditable processes. I prioritize data-informed decisions, attention to detail, and clear communication to improve inventory integrity and financial controls.
