I create real estate brochures and property marketing materials that organize property details, photography, pricing, and calls to action into clear, branded collateral. My work includes listing presentations, investor flyers, market analyses, social graphics, and client-facing documents.
In my current work as a Licensed Realtor & Real Estate Marketing Professional, I develop and coordinate marketing across residential, investment, land, multifamily, and emerging commercial opportunities. Being licensed in Colorado and Texas gives me direct knowledge of property terminology and broker workflows.
