Breanna Mitchell-Ellis

I’m an Environmental Science major currently transferring through the SEOE program at the University of South Carolina-Columbia, with experience supporting day-to-day operations at Flying Biscuit Cafe. I bring a friendly, professional approach to every interaction, backed by a strong academic foundation and an associate of science program at Spartanburg Community College.

At Flying Biscuit Cafe, I greet guests in a friendly and professional manner while keeping the restaurant clean and organized. I also help with serving plates and prepping deliveries, working closely with other team members to keep the restaurant moving.

Beyond my work experience, I’ve stayed engaged and responsible through involvement in marching band and Beta Club during high school. I value consistency, collaboration, and showing up ready to contribute.

As a Sustainable Carolina, Team member (2026-present), I’m especially motivated to connect my interest in sustainability with practical, team-based work environments. I’m looking for a role where I can keep things running smoothly and support guests with care.
