I evaluate complex medication regimens, identify interactions, and help interdisciplinary teams expedite urgent patient-care needs.

At Atrium/Advocate Health, I contributed to antimicrobial stewardship, quality improvement initiatives, institution-specific order sets, and a double-check system that reduced medication errors. At Encompass Health, I complete admission and discharge medication reconciliation, provide pharmacokinetic dosing recommendations, and counsel patients to support safe transitions of care.

I've also led pharmacy workflow, inventory, scheduling, hiring, training, final verification, and regulatory compliance as a CVS Pharmacy Manager.
