At DentalRobot, I develop and maintain Python and RPA automation for business and operational workflows across multi-client environments. I also lead a 10-person technical team and manage multi-machine production environments for multi-clinic clients.

I improve workflow efficiency, reliability, and incident reduction while administering PMS systems, credentials, access permissions, and production configurations for corporate clients.

I've built .NET modules with DevExpress and SQL Server ORM integration at Universidad Autónoma de Nicaragua, and developed Java and PHP backend solutions for institutional applications at the Ministry of Health. My work includes production support, database management, web interfaces, and resolving operational software issues.

As an independent developer, I create custom business management systems and automation solutions using Python, PHP, C#, and SQL, with ongoing maintenance and iterative improvements.
