What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative engineering role building React/React Native apps, emphasizing API integration, robust state management, and opportunities to grow technical responsibility.

I am a full stack software developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, and REST API integration. After earning my Full Stack Web Development Certificate from the University of Central Florida, I transitioned from a career in business and client relations into building modern, user-friendly applications.

Currently, I’m part of the imisshtml incubation group, where I contribute to the development of Meet n’ Eat — a mobile app that uses the Yelp API to help friends decide where to eat through group voting. My role includes implementing state management with Jotai, optimizing data fetching with React Query, and designing responsive interfaces using Gluestack UI and Expo Router.

My professional background prior to software development gave me deep experience in problem-solving, client communication, and team collaboration — skills I now apply in Agile development environments. I’m passionate about creating products that solve real problems, improving performance and accessibility, and continuously learning new technologies.
