I’m a detail-oriented Electrical Technician with hands-on experience in power distribution, engineering store operations, and customer service. At Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC), I distributed electricity bills, handled customer inquiries and complaints, and supported disconnection of defaulting customers while assisting in troubleshooting at distribution substations. Before that, as an Assistant Store Technician at Guinness Nigeria Plc, I managed receipt and issuance of engineering parts and consumables and maintained inventory records using SAP systems.

Recently trained in data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and data visualization techniques, I bring the same troubleshooting mindset to interpreting data and solving technical problems. I’m adept at working effectively in both independent and team-based environments, with strong communication and analytical thinking that helps me turn information into practical improvements.
